Gail, it’s an interesting experiment, and I hope it will be successful and attract many readers to the sequel of your memoir, which I enjoyed immensely. Sometimes, people prefer short stories instead of being tied up to a 300 plus paged book. On the other hand, this new format might upset a few readers who would want to know what’s next but will have to be patient till the next chapter is posted. It’ll be fun to watch how it unfolds. Let’s hope for the best. I wish you joy in this new step sharing your talent and creativity.

Ha ha ha, I know you well enough by now to be sure Nothing can stop you if you decide to do something. I admire that in you more than you can imagine. I wish I were that resilient. I think your idea is brilliant. I might copy it from you (with your permission) and do the same with my sequel to “Why Birches Are White”. I know I don’t want to go with indie publishing anymore either. For many-many reasons. But using YOUR new approach, at least it can get out there. Even if only a few people will read it on SS, I’ll get it out of my system. A win-win. I HOPE you will succeed.

Thanks for your feedback, Elena. At the end, I may decide to publish the entire work as an EPUB if it's been successful. For now, this feels right for me. I upset people no matter what I do! So I can't let that stop me or worry me.
